Our Privacy Commitment
At Afnoon, we respect your sovereignty over your personal data. We collect only the essential information required to tailor, fulfill, and deliver your garments safely to your doorstep.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you place an order or create an account, we securely collect your name, shipping address, contact phone number, and email address. We do not store raw payment card data on our servers.
2. OTP & AUTHENTICATION PRIVACY
One-Time Passwords (OTPs) generated for phone or email verification are encrypted and automatically expire within 10 minutes. They are never shared with third parties.
3. COURIER LOGISTICS SHARING
Your contact phone number and address are shared exclusively with certified courier partners (e.g. TCS, Leopard, Trax, DHL) for parcel transit and live delivery SMS updates.
4. ZERO THIRD-PARTY DATA SELLING
Afnoon never sells, leases, or trades customer data to ad brokers or external marketing networks.
5. DATA ACCESS & DELETION RIGHTS
You may request full export or permanent deletion of your customer account profile and order records by contacting our concierge at concierge@afnoon.com.
