Introduction & Purchase Agreement
Welcome to Afnoon. By commissioning architectural knitwear garments or accessing our direct mill purchasing platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following transparent commercial covenants.
1. DIRECT MILL MODEL & PRICING TRANSPARENCY
Afnoon operates on an honest factory gate markup model (2.5x vs traditional luxury 10x-12x). Prices displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) reflect true production integrity, unbrushed 420-500 GSM cotton density, and direct artisan compensation.
2. ORDER DISPATCH & BATCH FABRICATION
Each garment order is processed directly from our active manufacturing atelier. In-stock garments dispatch within 24 business hours. Special batch runs are fabricated according to published yarn availability and batch schedules.
3. PAYMENT & CHECKOUT SECURITY
We support Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan alongside secure encrypted debit/credit transactions and verified direct bank transfers. Title to garments transfers upon full receipt of funds or verified COD delivery.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DESIGN COVENANTS
All architectural silhouettes, pattern grading blueprints, photography, and brand emblems are the exclusive intellectual property of Afnoon Atelier Garments Ltd.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Garments must be cared for according to the cold-wash specifications outlined on their woven care labels to preserve heavyweight loopback cotton structure.
